Day 1 | Arrival Kilimanjaro Intl. Arusha

Day 2 | Tarangire
Today morning, you will be met within Arusha City by your Safari Driver-Guide at 09h00 for the journey to the Tarangire. Enjoy the scenic drive past the Maasai steppe as you head to Tarangire National Park. Once at its Main Gate, we will have to go through some brief registration formalities before entering the park and proceeding on our game drive along the banks of the meandering Tarangire River. Around midday, we’ll either head to your selected lodge for a hot lunch or pause for a picnic lunch atop arguably one of the Park’s most magnificent bluffs! If at the lodge, after lunch you’ll be able to checkin to our rooms and then continue on an afternoon game drive exploring the Tarangire’s diverse ecosystem. We’ll return to the lodge in time for sunset – enjoy your first dinner and overnight in the Tanzanian Bush, nestled right in the middle of the Tarangire.

Day 3 | Ndutu
Transverse further northern with a scenic drive to Ndutu. Pass through Mto wa Mbu, where you can taste the famous Red Bananas. Continue through the lush Ngorongoro Highlands with a glimpse of the stunning Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive in Ndutu for a thrilling game drive enroute to your first night in the heart of the Tanzanian wilderness!

Day 4 - 7 | Serengeti
Today we head out on a full day game drive of the Serengeti, exploring its vast ecosystem! You can opt to go on an early morning game drive at dawn, later returning for a relaxed breakfast and mid-morning. Depending on the wildlife, you can then choose to head out with packed boxed lunches or remain for a hot lunch. These days are yours to explore the great migration or simply unwind at your own pace. In the afternoon, we’ll continue driving back into the Serengeti Central for your evening and overnight in this undoubting wildlife sanctuary.

Day 8 | Ngorongoro

Day 9 | Depart Kilimanjaro Airport
Sadly, it’s time to wish farewell to your travel companion leaving you with fond memories of an extraordinary trip.
Note: We do recommend departing on a later flight as the transfer is a bit long.
